Procurement Management Services:

Trainedin Global operates as an intermediary platform that facilitates the publishing of procurement calls and collection of responses from sellers on behalf of buyers. We do not participate in the selection process and act solely as a conduit between the parties involved.

Submission of Responses:

Sellers may submit responses to procurement calls published on our platform at no cost. All submissions must comply with the requirements specified in the procurement call.

Non-Solicitation of Business:

Trainedin Global does not engage in solicitation of business from any business or individual. Our primary role is to manage the procurement process efficiently and impartially.

Confidentiality:

We respect the confidentiality of all information submitted through our platform. We will not share details of submissions outside of those applications made for the specific procurement opportunity. However, please note that submitted responses may be accessible to the relevant buyers and their authorized representatives.

Use of Information and GDPR Compliance:

We collect and process personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The personal information you provide will only be used for the purpose of managing the procurement process and facilitating communications between buyers and sellers. Intellectual Property:

Termination:
